Lefty- I enjoyed your report and great pictures (I’ll try to figure out how to post mine). By the time I got to the summit it was completely fogged over, so it was a good thing i’d driven up Saturday, hiked a little, and caught the 360 views from the top of the tower then! (I second your recommendation to make it a weekend!) Congrats on the great time. iggy- i think my secret of avoiding humiliatiion/naming is staying out of sight for long periods of the time!

Lefty,Elaine (Bimbler needing nick name…she hasn’t done anything really humiliating yet! These things are generally earned the hard way… , Guthrie, Charlie, Suds aka Svelte congrats on an tough race well done! The photos are great too – I love the one of the mountain – looks like you are just driving into the site… Seems whenever attending the trail runs suddenly the landscape begins to reach for the clouds as soon as arriving – gets the heart beating before you’re even out of the car! Nice job everyone!!
