Scoobie and Suds run the Niantic Bay 10k and do well. Suds ran a PR (52:56) while Scoobie (53:28) placed second in her age group.

Thanks But as soon as I got home I checked my last years results. Last year was 9 seconds quicker. Oh well. The first mile was a pb at 7:50. Sub eights !!!
