   But…falling is falling!! And tonight I fell on the trail and dislocated and broke a finger. Ambulance ride, lots of shots, cleaning up scrapes, a little pull on the finger,and a splint and I’m ready to get back on the trail.

   nooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Did you at least get CPR – I would have demanded it at the expense those ride cost….
   Dang – sorry to hear this Shelly Girl! I hope you feel better immediately and just like a crazy trail runner – a sigh of relief surely that you can still run and you are going to be ok.
