Re: this weekend - dec 29/30 I was thinking about a West Hartford run. Starting at Penwood forest and running the Metacomet back to my apt that is by route 6. There is parking at beg and end. About 14 miles.

Re: this weekend - dec 29/30 Aaaaahhh...pristine snow covered trails, first tracks in were Kaya's... jealous of her 4 legs as she gracefully moves through the snow. High knees and snow drag made for hard running along. After 45 mins gave in to tracks on roads made by 4wheelers having fun the night before, easier going but no less beautiful.
