I have a question about running this for the first time. I have run 1 50k (NJ Ultra Fest in March) and the Bash this year but have been laid up for the past 3 weeks due to surgery. I know you need to finish in under 10 hours -- are there runners who do a slower run/walk (and climb obviously

) strategy? I guess I am looking for someone who might want to do the course with me at a slower pace. Thanks. I have wanted to run this for awhile and it would be a big motivational goal for me right now.
